What a surprise !!!

When we arrived home Friday afternoon from the hospital, we were greeted by a very warm "welcome home" put on by our kids. It was so neat to see the kids excitement and display of affection towards their new little sister.

A Memorable Visit...

Today Kristi's folks were able to get off work and bring the kids into the hospital to visit Kayla. Everyone had a fun time holding her for a few brief moments before passing her on to the next person! It was a special bonding time.

Kayla Marie Jansma has arrived!

We want to thank all of you who have been praying for the pregnancy and delivery of our Kayla Marie Jansma. We are proud to announce that both Mom and baby are recovering well in the hospital!

Kayla was born at 1:56pm on May 1st! (Daddy thinks it is an easy birthdate to remember!)

She weighed 9 lbs 12 oz and is 20 inches long.
